Robert Franken | The gender gap – how it works, why it hurts

Monday 19th | 12 pm
Marmorsalen, Sentralen

Robert Franken has fifteen years of experience in working for digital platforms. His involvement is diverse and widespread, ranging from everything between being a CEO for cooking and parenting websites, to being one of the co-founders behind Male Feminists Europe. He is also a member of the advisory board of PANDA, a career competition and network for female leaders.

Some of Robert's focus areas are digital leadership, gender equality and feminism. As one of the main speakers at Boost, his talk will include subjects like the economic aspects of gender equality, how diversity can be a driver for innovation, in what ways unconscious bias can affect human relations and societies, and how women can become the archetypes of digital transformation. Robert will also provide examples on how to engage in creating a more gender-balanced society.
